Nicola is a Director in Deloitte’s Customer Practice, created to support businesses put their customers at the heart of decision-making in the creation of great experiences. Nicola sits in the Spatial and Brand Experience team, who recently acquired Kid Neon and added VR and AR to the Customer Practice’s experience toolkit.
Nicola is vastly experienced brand, placemaking and experience strategist and designer. She is passionate about connecting businesses with their internal and external customers to create brand experiences with purpose.
Nicola has more than 20 years experience working in Europe, Asia and Australia, on global and local brands, from consultancy, agency and client-side roles. She has worked on a vast range of award-winning projects for clients including Lend Lease, Macquarie Bank, Australian Taxation Office, Jurlique, Rimmel, Lloyds TSB, Microsoft, Credit Suisse, National Grid and Suez to name a few. She is an industry expert and regular speaker at conferences.
